Concession & Youth Protection

The right to conduct games according to §§ 6 to 12b of the Austrian Gambling Act is an exclusive right of the federal government. The Austrian Lotteries Gesellschaft m.b.H. (based in Vienna, registered in the commercial register of the Vienna Commercial Court under FN 54472g) is authorized to conduct these games based on a concession granted by the federal government. Individuals under 16 years of age are excluded from participating in Austrian Lotteries products. Individuals under 18 years of age are excluded from purchasing Eurobons and eEurobons.
